At eDeadShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
